Sales Executive

Location
Shenzhen or Shanghai Office, occasional travel to GZ & HK
This is a direct sales position that is responsible for promoting PEO HR Publications and events service to prospective and existing customers. The key objective of this position is to generate new sales revenue for PEO China in accordance to the sales targets set by the management.

Job Responsibilities
Contact existing and prospective customers, develop and manage outside & event sales for PEO HR publications and events service;
Maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing quality customer service, collect clients' feedback for future improvement; Stay current with regulatory development, market trends and special events that may help generate sales
Coordinate with relevant departments for the smooth customer service.

Requirements
College Graduate or above; ideally in Marketing, Economics, Human Resource Management etc. ;
2-year experience in sales & marketing, preferably in training, consulting, HR service, PR or advertising industry; HR working experience will be a plus;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English, Cantonese speaking is not a must but great advantage;
Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
Responsible, trustworthy and efficient.

Event Producer

Location
Shanghai Office, occasional travel to SZ & HK
From idea generation to smooth running of the event, event producers are project leaders, responsible for almost all aspect of conference management on a project basis.

Job Responsibilities
Marketing research and topic generation to ensure that the event meets the needs of the identified market
Program development
Selecting and inviting speakers
On-site co-ordination
Identifying potential sponsors
Budgetary control
Working closely with senior management on sales, marketing and financial decisions

Requirements
University Graduate or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, etc.;
Conference production experience is not a must but will be a great advantage;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense;
Familiar with and proven success in the Financial / Consulting field preferred;
Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
Responsible, organizational and efficient.
